For Garment Dyeing.

Every tie-dye/specialty wash garment will vary from one piece to another as each piece is specially hand processed with unique techniques.

  • On all Solid Garment Dye Colors and Specialty Washes, expect 5-10% shade variances.

  • With Direct and Reactive Dye, expect up to 5% shade variance within a custom color order.

  • With Pigment and Neon Dye, expect up to 10% shade variance within a custom color order.

  • For Treatments such as discharge, tie dye, nicking & grinding, etc.… expect up to 10% variance within a custom order.

    • DISCLAIMER: No piece will be identical as every piece is uniquely processed by hands, one piece at a time.

    • Depending on the type of treatments requested, certain colors, fabrics and applications are more susceptible to bleeding. Please test each color for colorfastness and instruct appropriate wash instructions accordingly.

 

Spec Tolerance.

  • The grade on the style is to be equivalent to the tolerance for all PFD and Garment Dyed products. Ex., industry standards have an allowance of one inch (+/-) for the high-point-shoulder (HPS) and chest. This includes any torque (garment skewing), naturally inherent in all natural fibers.

  • Damage and Return Policy: 

    • Cali Creme 100% stands behind each PFD blank product.

    • Cali Creme will accept returns on any PFD blanks not dyed with a restocking fee of 20%.

    • Any damages beyond the industry allowance of 10% will be reviewed for any replacements. All damages must be blank related such as due to needle holes and unfinished seams. Any defects caused by garment dyeing will not considered blank damages.

    • Cali Creme does not accept returns once garments have been embellished (screen printed, embroidered, etc.) under any circumstances. Cali Creme will not be responsible for damages caused by third party vendors such as wash house, printer, embroiderer, and or applied applications.

      Special Disclaimer.

      Cali Creme highly recommends to run tests before approval for all processes as each wash machine, dryer and printer runs at different temperatures and results may vary. Let us know if full package services to guarantee consistency and a higher level of finished goods.
